Andy has a unique combination of statistical and IT skills, coupled with his long experience working in a commercial consulting environment, he is able to provide a strong link between Radar's data management and data analysis capabilities.

Data analysis skills have been applied and honed over 10 years in an engineering environment and have been reinforced by a Statistics MSc awarded in 2002. IT skills have been acquired over a longer period, managing software projects to develop bespoke programs with unique requirements.

Andy has 10 years experience working in a commercial consulting environment providing creative solutions for problem solving projects (reactive) and development projects (proactive). He has been involved at all levels of project management from conception, through execution and risk management to completion and final delivery. He has led multinational interdisciplinary teams on small and large (budgets exceeding £1 million) projects.
